1. Identification
These terms govern the purchase of services through this website, owned by eKonos Asesoría SLP, with tax ID (CIF) B64873425 and registered address at Avda. Josep Pla i Casadevall, 25, 17310 Lloret de Mar (Girona), Spain. Contact: admin@ekonos.es · (+34) 872 72 19 80.
2. Purpose
The website's shop allows you to purchase professional tax, accounting, employment, financial and real estate advisory services with a published price. Services priced "on request" or "from" are requested using each service's form and are quoted individually.
3. Ordering process
- Add the services you wish to purchase to the cart (for services charged by the hour, state the number of hours).
- Review the cart: for each service you will see the taxable base, the VAT and the total, as well as the tax breakdown of the order.
- Enter your details (and, if you are purchasing as a company or self-employed professional, the company name and tax ID (NIF)) and choose the payment method.
- Accept these terms and confirm the order.
Upon confirmation you will receive an email with the order summary and its reference. The contract is concluded in Spanish or in the language in which the order was placed, and eKonos keeps the electronic record of the order, which you may request from us at any time.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are expressed in euros. Services aimed at individuals are published with VAT included; services aimed at companies and self-employed professionals are published without VAT, which is added to the total. The cart and the order confirmation detail, for each service, the taxable base, the VAT rate and amount, as well as the total. The applicable price is the one in force at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Payment methods
- Card: payment is made through the secure Redsys payment gateway. eKonos does not receive or store card details.
- Bizum: through the Redsys payment gateway or by sending the amount to the phone number indicated in the order, with the order reference as the payment description.
- Bank transfer: to the account indicated in the order, with the order reference as the payment description.
For payments by bank transfer or Bizum to a phone number, if the amount is not received within the period indicated in the order, the order may be cancelled.
6. Provision of the service
Once payment has been received, the firm will contact you, normally within two business days, to specify the documentation required and the timeframes. Provision of the service depends on you providing the documentation and information we request.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you purchase as a consumer, you have fourteen calendar days from the purchase to withdraw without giving any reason, in accordance with the Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (the Spanish consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). To exercise this right, send a clear statement to admin@ekonos.es indicating the order reference. We will refund the amount within a maximum of fourteen days, using the same means of payment used.
If you request that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay the proportional part of the service already provided. You may not withdraw from a service that has been fully provided where its performance began with your express consent and your acknowledgement that, once completed, you lose the right of withdrawal.
8. Invoicing
We will issue the invoice with the details provided in the order. If you purchase as a company or self-employed professional, it is essential to provide the company name and tax ID (NIF).
9. Complaints
You may address any query or complaint to admin@ekonos.es or to our office. Official complaint forms are available to consumers.
10. Data protection
Order data are processed to manage the purchase and invoicing, as explained in the privacy policy.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute with a consumer, the courts of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
